What are the benefits we drink espresso coffee

In a study conducted by a variety of places around the world following was found thatthere are some benefits of drinking coffee, among others:

1. reduce the risk of diabetes. Research conducted at Harvard who analyzed data from more than 126,000 people to the age of 18 years found that drinking between 5-6 cups of coffee a day may reduce the risk of getting Type 2 Diabetes by 54% of women

2. Parkinson's. In a study conducted found that people who drank 4 to 5 cups of coffeeeach day cut their risk of developing Parkinson's disease h almost half compared withthose who consumed little or no drink coffee every day.
3. Heart disease. This is one dangerous killer worldwide. In a study conducted by thedepartment of Health Scotland in 11,000 men and women (aged between 40 and 59)he found that their smaller coffee drinkers exposed to the risk of his sudden attack of heart disease
